Welcome to Salsabeel ERP by Al-Bari Technologies
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Salsabeel ERP,
including our ERP software, cloud services, hosting infrastructure, mobile applications, support
services, implementation services, and related business solutions (“Services”) provided by Al-Bari
Technologies.
By accessing, subscribing to, or using our Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If
you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Services.
These Terms are designed to protect both your business and ours through clear expectations,
responsibilities, and service boundaries.
1. Definitions
“Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our” Refers to Al-Bari Technologies, provider of Salsabeel ERP and associated services. “Client”, “Customer”, “You”, “User” Refers to the individual, company, organization, or authorized representative using our Services. “Software” Refers to the Salsabeel ERP platform, including modules such as Retail POS, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, HR, Payroll, Healthcare, Education, Manufacturing, Distribution, Restaurant Management, and related systems. “Subscription” Refers to the paid license or service agreement granting access to our ERP platform and services. “Implementation Services” Refers to onboarding, setup, training, customization, migration, consultation, deployment, and technical support services.
2. License & Usage Rights
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our Services according to your selected subscription plan. This license does not transfer ownership of the software. You may NOT: Copy, duplicate, modify, or redistribute our software Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit our system without written approval Use our Services to build a competing ERP platform Attempt unauthorized access to servers, databases, or infrastructure Circumvent payment obligations or licensing restrictions Violation of these terms may result in immediate service suspension or legal action.
3. Eligibility & Acceptable Use
You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to enter business agreements to use our Services. You agree NOT to use our Services for:
- Illegal activities
- Fraudulent transactions
- Unauthorized financial operations
- Data theft or misuse
- Spam, abuse, or malicious activity
- Violations of local or international compliance obligations
You are fully responsible for your internal users and authorized account access.
4. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining account confidentiality
- Protecting login credentials
- Managing user permissions
- Monitoring internal access
- Reporting unauthorized access immediately
We are not responsible for losses caused by poor credential management on the customer side. Security is a shared responsibility.
5. Subscription Plans & Payments
Subscriptions may be billed:
- Monthly
- Quarterly
- Annually
- Custom enterprise agreements where applicable
All fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Additional Charges May Apply For:
- Implementation services
- Custom development
- Data migration
- API integrations
- Dedicated support
- Additional users
- Additional branches
- E-commerce integrations
- FBR integrations
- Enterprise consulting
Non-Payment
Failure to pay may result in:
- Service suspension
- Restricted access
- Delayed support
- Termination of services
Outstanding balances remain payable even after suspension.
6. Implementation & Onboarding
Implementation services may include:
- System setup
- Data migration
- Staff training
- Workflow configuration
- Business consultation
- Custom reporting
- Deployment support
Implementation timelines depend on project scope, customer readiness, data quality, and approval speed. Unless otherwise agreed, implementation services may be billed separately. Delays caused by client-side approvals, missing data, or operational dependency are not our liability
7. Customer & Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of your business data. This includes:
- Customer records
- Inventory data
- Financial records
- Employee information
- Operational reports
- Internal documents
We do not sell, misuse, or claim ownership of your data. We process data only for service delivery, support, backups, and operational improvements necessary to provide the agreed Services.
8. Data Security & Compliance
We apply industry-standard security measures including:
- Encrypted transmission
- Secure hosting infrastructure
- Role-based access control
- Backups and recovery systems
- Access monitoring
- Internal confidentiality controls
For international customers, including EU clients, we support GDPR-aligned privacy practices. Customers remain responsible for lawful data collection and compliance within their own operations.

9. Service & Availability
We aim for reliable service availability and operational uptime according to our Service Level Agreement (SLA). Planned maintenance, third-party outages, customer-side internet failures, and force majeure events are excluded from uptime guarantees. No serious software company promises “100% uptime.” Anyone claiming that is selling fantasy.
10. Refund Policy
Refund eligibility depends on:
- Subscription type
- Service stage
- Implementation status
- Contractual agreement
- Nature of the request
Setup fees, implementation charges, and completed service work are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed. Please review our Refund Policy page for full details.
11. Suspension & Termination
You may cancel your subscription according to your active service agreement. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:
- Terms are violated
- Payments remain overdue
- Fraud or misuse is detected
- Security risks arise
- Abuse of support or infrastructure occurs
Termination does not remove outstanding financial obligations.
12. Limitation of Liability
Ye are not liable for
- Loss of profits
- Business interruption
- Indirect financial losses
- Customer-side operational mistakes
- Unauthorized internal misuse
- Data loss caused by customer negligence
- Third-party service failures outside our control
Where legally permitted, our total liability is limited to the total fees paid by the customer within the previous 12 months. Software is a business tool—not an insurance policy.
13. Intellectual Property
All software rights, branding, documentation, workflows, designs, and proprietary systems remain the intellectual property of Al-Bari Technologies unless otherwise agreed in writing. Unauthorized reproduction or misuse may result in legal enforcement.
14. Changes to Terms

- Pricing structure updates
- Operational policy changes
Notifications may be provided through:
- Dashboard notices
- System announcements
Continued use of Services after updates means acceptance of revised Terms.
15. Governing Law
hese Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
